Another delicious addition to any Super Bowl Celebration. One of my family's many favorites
Ingredients:
2 low fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 container French onion dip
1/2 packet Ranch dressing mix
2 green onions, chopped
4 Tablespoons REAL bacon bits
4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
Soften the cream cheese and add the onion dip mashing and slowing mixing so it can be pretty smooth. Add to this the 1/2 packet of Ranch dressing mix and mix well.
Add to this the bacon bits, chopped green onions, and shredded cheese until it's well blended. You can also chop 1 Roma tomato very fine for additional color and flavor.
Sprinkle a little bacon bits and cheese on top to decorate. Put in your favorite serving bowl and use a variety of crackers to spread this yummy spread on.
