FRESH STARTS/Devotional From Georgia's Heart

Crisp, cool nights,   comfortable days, leaves all fallen and  raked and piled up for the city to take ( or for  the children to jump into.)   The undeniable smell of Fall is definitely in the air.

Autumn may begin September 21st, but in the Ohio valley, it just seems a little more official in November.   But,  I love it.   It's one of my very favorite times of year.    Although the vegetable garden is done producing the goodies,  the annual flowers have mostly died,  and some perennials are still trying to keep going.    It does in some ways present an end to things.   There can be good things that end and bad things that end.

The end to a good relationship is hard... but the end to a long illness  is wonderful.   It's all in how we view things.  And in God's perspective  we know that "all things work together for good to those who love God."      It’s  always for our good and even more so,  for His glory.  We must never forget He has a perfect plan for our lives.   He doesn't make mistakes  and He loves us dearly.   It’s  more than we can ever imagine.

Begin anew with a fresh touch from your Savior.  He's only a prayer away  and He's always on call   day or night , 24 hours a day.. 7 days a week.
