STUFFED PORK CHOPS


Ingredients:  
4  boneless pork chops,  at least one inch thick (with pockets for stuffing)
Stove Top Stuffing

Make Stove top Stuffing as directed and set aside. 

Pork chops should be 1 inch thick. Use a sharp knife and  cut a pocket in chop for stuffing  Stuff each chop with the stuffing mixture and use tooth picks to help keep closed. 

Preheat covered skillet and brown chops on both sides over medium high heat.

  Season on one side with garlic salt and black pepper. Continue to turn a few times back and forth . 

 If the chops are real thick, you may want to brown it on both of the edges as well.  Add a little water to the bottom of the pan and reduce heat to low.  

Cover and cook until tender (about 45 minutes).
